Requirements
- Must have access to transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Dependable with good communication skills.
- The heart to help people live their best life
- Be self-directed with minimal supervision needed
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Have clean, felony-free background
Responsibilities
- Help get meals ready
- Tidy around the house and manage household needs
- Stand by walking assistance
- Prevent social isolation
- Support with personal grooming and dressing, maintain good hygiene
- Meet client personalized care needs
- Possibly run errands or transport to appointments
- Brighten someone’s day
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
