About The Position
Three roommates are looking for a caring and dependable overnight and morning support staff to assist them in their home. This is primarily a sleep shift, allowing staff to rest during the night. Support is only required if one of the people wakes during the night and needs assistance, reassurance, or support with their personal needs. There will be responsibilities in the morning, supporting everyone to get ready for their day. The individuals enjoy active and fulfilling lives. One lady is very outgoing and loves exploring new activities in the community, while the other enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of sunny days. Both ladies have strong family connections and value opportunities to maintain those important relationships. The gentleman enjoys going to the pub, watching movies, or just hanging with another gentleman. The overnight support staff will help ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the night and early morning, responding to needs as they arise and assisting when required. This role is ideal for someone compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently while supporting individuals to maintain their well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Provide overnight and morning support to three individuals in their home.
- Assist with personal needs, reassurance, and support if individuals wake during the night.
- Support individuals in getting ready for their day in the morning.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout the night and early morning.
- Respond to needs as they arise and assist when required.
