About The Position
Join our White Elephant Aspen Team, part of White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts in Nantucket, Palm Beach, and Aspen. Join the iconic White Elephant Aspen team and become a key player in delivering exceptional late-night service at one of Aspen’s most exclusive boutique hotels. We’re seeking a Part-Time Overnight Agent who is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a seamless guest experience after hours from 11pm – 7am.
Requirements
- Previous front desk or night audit experience (luxury or boutique hotel experience preferred)
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as Maestro and ALICE is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure overnight
- Willingness to adapt to Aspen’s seasonal environment and guest expectations
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service to guests during evening and overnight hours
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and overnight guest inquiries
- Perform nightly audit and reporting functions
- Monitor property security and safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for urgent overnight needs
- Prepare for early morning arrivals and support smooth shift transitions
