Overlay Operator
About The Position
FLINT is seeking Overlay Operators with industrial experience for a temporary job in Sherwood Park, AB starting June 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a labourer in an industrial setting.
- Experience operating an overlay machine, welding, or sandblasting.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSTS-2020, WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
