About The Position
We build molded plastic parts for customers who count on us to get it right. Rotational molding is a skilled trade — it takes real judgment to run an oven well, and that skill is learned on the floor, not in a classroom. Most of our supervisors started as operators. If you show up, work hard, and want to learn, there's room to move up here.
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a high-heat environment and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Able to read and follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Basic hand tool skills
- Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience is a plus — but we'll train the right person from scratch
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rotational molding machines, managing cycle times and temperatures to spec
- Load molds, charge them with material, and unload finished parts
- Follow standard operating procedures to keep quality and safety consistent from part to part
- Use hand tools to make adjustments and work through minor machine issues
- Record production counts, temperatures, and mold cycles accurately
- Keep equipment clean and in good working order, and report problems to your supervisor early
- Work with your shift team to keep parts moving and hit daily production targets
- Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE
