Requirements

  • Advanced math skills.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions.
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requires handling objects of up to 50 lbs.
  • Lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Standing and/or walking for 8 to 12 or more hours per day (varies based on role, shift, and overtime).
  • Must meet (ITAR) export control compliance requirements.
  • A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-6 months of hands on experience or training preferred.
  • Related training/education will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Verify part and documents, interpret the job traveler to determine recipe to complete cure process before loading parts onto the racks, trays, or carts.
  • Meet schedules, time allowances and monitor oven cures frequently to ensure no discrepancies in software program; updating supervisor.
  • Decipher parts and quantity requiring additional probes, wires, fixtures, or thermocouple placement before oven cure process.
  • Remove probes, wires, fixtures, breakout, and clean all parts prior to distributing to the next process.
