Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting
CPA or on track for CPA
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

experience with cloud-based accounting tools preferred

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports
Support cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Help develop and track KPIs and other performance metrics
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation within client accounting
Work with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, and Bill.com) to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with team members on client deliverables and projects
Provide clear communication to clients
