This role involves managing a client base for accounting services, ensuring timely reporting, and developing client relationships. The manager will also be responsible for training and supporting team members, preparing 1099 forms, and achieving QuickBooks ProAdvisor status. Occasional remote work with clients is expected, as is adherence to engagement budget constraints. The role requires being in the office at least 3 days per week.
