About The Position

SITECH Louisiana is seeking a motivated individual to target the New Orleans market for UAV and software sales. This role is within the growing drone market and a rapidly expanding team. The company has over 50 years of experience in construction and surveying industries, revolutionizing them with construction technology, customized training, data solutions, installation, service, and technical support. They utilize GPS, lasers, optics, management technologies, wireless communication, and application-specific software to integrate design, positioning, and construction processes.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Word & Excel
  • Comfortable selling to all levels of management as well as field personnel

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customer's business, workflows, and pain points.
  • Strategically win new accounts as well as continue to grow or expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships, and identify new opportunities in areas of growth to expand market share across industries.
  • Support teammates as a standout colleague.
  • Focus on a consultative sales process to ensure the right fit and long-term customer success.
  • Excel in prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and closing accounts.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to maximize success.
  • Provide effective demonstrations.
  • Responsible for forecasting and tracking activity in CRM, keeping management informed in a timely fashion, and identifying new opportunities in existing and net new accounts.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
