About The Position

This isn't a seat-warmer job. If you're willing to knock doors, work your network, and hunt your own deals, we'll back you with an exclusive product and pay you what you're worth.
Requirements
- Outside sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, home improvement, or door-to-door a big plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean professional appearance
- Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure

Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate your own leads across the Antelope Valley
- Meet with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close deals
- Build and manage your own pipeline from first knock to signed contract
- Represent an award-winning brand homeowners already trust
