Under the direction of the Head Golf Professional, the Outside Services associate is responsible for professionally handling and maintaining the bag room, cart barn, golf shop, practice areas and on-course amenities while providing excellent customer services to members and their guests.

Requirements

High School or currently attending.
Ability to anticipate and skilled in multi-tasking
Effective communication skills
Excellent member service skills
High attention for detail and great organizational skills
Clean and professional appearance at all times
U.S. Work Authorization (required).

Responsibilities

Greet members and their guests and maintains a friendly, positive, helping, and motivated attitude.
Responsible for organizing supplies, stocking, and trash duties of bagroom.
Maintains equipment and course supplies (water coolers, trash bins, range balls etc).
Attend to members and guests needs upon arrival and completion of their rounds.
Clean members and guests golf clubs.
Drive and move golf carts to golf shop staging area.
Assists with tournaments and special events.
Observes all safety practices and protocols.
Maintain cleanliness of all golf carts, equipment, golf shop, and golf course
All other duties as assigned.
