We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsibilities
- Delivers exceptional service by consistently exceeding member and guest expectations.
- Warmly greets members and guests upon arrival and assists with unloading golf bags and related equipment.
- Welcomes players back after their round and provides club cleaning and storage assistance.
- Sets up, monitors, and breaks down all practice areas, including the warm-up range, short game area, and learning center range.
- Maintains a clean and organized environment across all practice facilities, ensuring all guest needs are promptly met.
- Stages golf carts in a clean, organized manner for member and guest use.
- Assists in the upkeep of the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and basic maintenance.
- Ensures golf bags are properly stored in designated bag stalls.
- Keeps the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
- Performs all opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff.
- Collaborates with teammates to deliver high-quality service across all touchpoints of the golf operation.
