About The Position
Marin Country Club, located in Novato, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Service Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. This role plays a vital role in delivering a high-quality experience for our members throughout their visit to the club. This team is responsible for managing the driving range, golf cart operations, equipment handling, and most importantly, maintaining a welcoming and well-organized golf environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist members with loading clubs onto riding carts, cleaning clubs at the end of the round, loading clubs to and from the member's vehicle, and other miscellaneous requests such as lost items and help with their guests.
- Ensure the driving range is fully stocked with balls and tees for members at all times.
- Bring bags to and from the bag storage room.
- Clean the electric golf cart fleet.
- Clean the workspace, empty trash, and complete various small projects to ensure a positive member experience.
- Maintain a positive attitude and member-first mindset.
- Must be highly reliable for on-time shift attendance and able to work early mornings.
- Retrieve the tee sheet from the main clubhouse timecard station or the pro shop (check for updates).
- Set up the driving range: load 12 den caddies onto the Kubota, fill mats with balls, and leave 7–8 full den caddies on the range.
- Bring up eight electric golf carts to begin the day.
- Bring up members' golf equipment according to the tee sheet, including clubs, manual push carts, and electric push carts.
- If using the Driving Range vehicle, set up ensuring the ball picker is properly attached and ready for use.
- Greet all members arriving or leaving for the day at the Bag Drop/Podium.
- Assist members preparing for play: load clubs onto driving or push carts and offer towels, scorecards, tees, pin sheets, etc.
- Maintain the driving range: ensure balls, tees, and den caddies are well-stocked.
- Assist members finishing their rounds: clean and return their clubs to their vehicles or storage.
- Periodically return unused equipment to storage to prevent sun exposure and clutter.
