About The Position

The Outside Service Attendant will be responsible for greeting members and guests, assisting with their pre and post-play needs, managing the golf cart fleet, and supporting the outside services team with range duties. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace and assisting with special projects and events.

Requirements

• Ability to greet members and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Ability to assist members with golf club cleaning, bag handling, and cart loading/unloading.
• Ability to manage and maintain the golf cart fleet.
• Ability to perform range duties, including ball collection and cleaning.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to clean members' golf clubs.
• Willingness to assist with special projects and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Assist members with their pre and post play needs, including cleaning golf clubs, removing bags from Bag Storage Room and vehicles before play, load bags onto golf carts, and returning bags to vehicles and Bag Storage Room after play.
• Daily staging and managing of the golf cart fleet, including washing, detailing, and supplying each golf cart with necessary amenities every night.
• Assist the outside services team with range duties, including setting the range with amenities/furniture, transporting range balls, operating the tractor to pick and wash range balls, and resetting putting greens, short game area, and driving range as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times, including the staging area, cart barn, bag storage, and practice facility.
• Clean members' golf clubs.
• Assist Golf Operations team with special projects and events such as tournament and clinic setup, and any other duties that may be assigned.
