About The Position
Norfolk Iron & Metal is seeking an individual to represent our company in the Wyoming/Montana/Western Nebraska/Western North and South Dakota area. The salesperson will travel throughout their market area to gather market information, analyze market opportunities, and develop and increase customer relationships. Our core customers include a wide variety of OEM’s as well as plate and structural fabricators. The candidate should be a self-motivated individual focused on year over year growth of sales volume and profitability. Requirements
- Candidates are required to live in or near Casper, WY/Rapid City, SD/Billings, MT
- Self-motivated individual focused on year over year growth of sales volume and profitability.
- Motivated with a great work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Extensive travel, up to 90%, throughout the market area.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Increasing sales volume & profitability through expansion of customer base.
- Participating in the planning of, and execution of, company marketing and sales strategies.
- Communication of customer requirements as well as changing market conditions to management and co-workers.
