Requirements
- Sales experience with measurable KPIs.
- Confidence closing sales in person.

- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in the field and inspect properties, including crawl spaces.

Responsibilities
- Close warm inbound leads.
- Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
- Conduct property inspections and present customized solutions.
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, HOAs, and local businesses.
- Partner with technicians and inside sales to maximize opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage a sales pipeline and schedule in a field-based role.
