About The Position

Current Electrical is expanding and looking for driven, customer-focused Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners take control of their power needs. The company specializes in delivering peace of mind with top-of-the-line Whole House Standby Generators. With severe weather events on the rise, the demand for reliable backup power has never been greater. Current Electrical offers high-earning potential with pre-set, qualified leads provided, meaning no cold calling. Average reps earn $150K+ annually, with top performers reaching $250K+. Sales tools such as tablets, professional presentations, and sales training are provided. As part of a growing network across the Midwest and South, there is potential for career growth. Requirements

2+ years of successful in-home sales experience (home improvement or home services sales preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
A positive attitude and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
All candidates must pass a comprehensive pre-employment screening upon hire, including a review of criminal history.

Responsibilities

Represent Current Electrical during in-home consultations with residential customers.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of standby power and assess their needs to recommend the best solution.
Prepare and present compelling proposals that lead to closed deals.
Work closely with our support teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
