Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards.
- Use of Siro, an AI-powered sales tool that provides real-time insights and helps them focus on what matters most - building relationships and closing deals.
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess needs and sell lawn care and pest control services.
- Prospect for new customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide accurate property measurements, estimates, and bids.
- Build strong customer relationships and drive customer retention.
- Maintain customer and sales information in our CRM.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
