Requirements

3+ years of proven sales experience (home improvement or fencing preferred, not required)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Consultative sales mindset
Comfortable working independently
Proficient with CRM systems and sales tools
Valid driver's license
Flexible schedule - must work when qualified sales appointments are available
Availability when customers are available

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with primarily residential clients (light commercial work as well)
Assess fencing needs and recommend customized solutions
Follow our structured sales process from consultation to close
Create and present professional proposals
Maintain accurate measurements, notes, and CRM records
Collaborate with operations and installation teams for seamless execution
Stay current on fencing products and best practices
Maintain a flexible schedule to meet client availability (including evenings and occasional weekends)
Close deals with confidence while delivering a customer-first experience
