About The Position

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is crucial in bringing high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services directly to customers' homes. The representative will engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, build relationships within their assigned territory, and grow the customer base. The position supports the Columbiana region and surrounding areas, with potential for territory shifts. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided, making prior sales experience unnecessary.

Requirements

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required.
After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
