About The Position

Gutters by Berger Home Services is growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves running scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners, inspecting properties, identifying gutter and drainage solutions, and providing estimates. The ideal candidate will educate homeowners on options, recommend the best solutions, and follow a proven sales process. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate job details, following up with customers, and building opportunities through referrals and networking.

Requirements

• Previous outside sales, in-home sales, or home services experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with homeowners
• Confident presenting solutions and asking for the sale
• Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using a CRM, smartphone, and basic technology
• Coachable, competitive, and motivated to improve
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays when needed

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area
• Inspect properties and identify gutter and drainage solutions
• Provide estimates for gutter installations, gutter guards, repairs, and cleaning services
• Educate homeowners on options and recommend the best solution for their needs
• Follow our proven sales process and pricing structure
• Maintain accurate job details, measurements, and paperwork
• Follow up with customers on open estimates
• Build additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and neighborhood outreach
