Outside Sales Representative 1 - $500 New Hire Bonus
About The Position
R3 Roofing & Exteriors is growing its Outside Sales team and is looking for motivated, outgoing, and competitive individuals to join as Outside Sales Representative I (Setter). This role involves connecting with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to offer complimentary property inspections. While no prior roofing or sales experience is required, candidates should be coachable, comfortable interacting with people, willing to work hard, and motivated by performance and earning potential. The company provides training and support to help individuals learn the industry and develop valuable sales skills. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a $500 new hire bonus after 90 days of active work and good standing. The role offers opportunities for advancement into an Outside Sales Representative II (Closer) position and leadership roles for top performers.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, competitive, and dependable

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods

- Learn the roofing and storm restoration industry from experienced team members
