About The Position
This is a unique outside sales opportunity where you will be provided with warm, qualified leads of families who have already expressed interest in estate planning. Unlike traditional sales roles, there is no cold calling, no need for a license, and no insurance underwriting involved. You will control your own schedule, work within a protected territory, and earn commissions on every plan you close. The company has a 40+ year history with a proven system, strong pricing, and ongoing support. Estate planning is presented as an essential product with minimal marketplace competition.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
- A proven track record of closing — you hit targets and you know how to finish.
- Comfortable using a CRM and basic technology to manage your pipeline.
- Reliable personal transportation — daily in-home visits are the core of this role.
- Must reside in the state where you are applying.
- Not the right fit if: you need a base salary or guaranteed income, prefer B2B or office-based selling, are uncomfortable with daily driving, or aren't ready to own your own results.

- Backgrounds in final expense, home improvement, solar, financial services, or insurance translate directly.
