About The Position

Lordco Parts LTD. is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join the team at their Quesnel store. Lordco Auto Parts is Canada’s largest independently-owned automotive parts retailer, with over 100 locations across Western Canada. Requirements

• Previous related sales experience is required
• Superior customer service skills, both on the phone and in person
• Excellent mechanical/parts knowledge
• Ability to work as part of the Lordco team
• Knowledge of work place safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and determine other opportunities
• Manage and grow current customers in the territory
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all customers
• Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region and organization levels in order to find the right solution for our customer
• Build customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisor
• Effectively leverage network to assist in sales cycle development
• Maintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnel
