Our Outside Sales Representatives conduct in-home sales presentations of our extensive array of home improvement-related products and services. Our Outside Sales Representatives ‘live the brand’ by presenting professionally, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge of the company’s offerings and otherwise ensuring the best possible sales/post-sales customer experience. We're HIRING IMMEDIATELY in the Charlotte metro region and surrounding areas. Current and aspiring sales professionals located in Charlotte, Kannapolis, Matthews, Mooresville, and other nearby towns are encouraged to apply!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales
Comfortable using iPad-based applications
Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
Proven ability to exceed performance targets

Responsibilities

Present our industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrity
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business
Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up
Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps
