About The Position

This role is for an Outside Sales Representative in the digital marketing industry. The position offers unlimited earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commissions. Hibu provides comprehensive training for both new and experienced sales professionals. Year 1 on-target earnings are approximately $102,000, with potential for more through commissions and bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings range from $105,000-$125,000, also with potential for additional earnings. The role involves selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. The position emphasizes building strong client relationships across various industries and earning residual commissions through account management.

Responsibilities

Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
