About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role offers unlimited earning potential in the digital marketing industry, with a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped commissions and bonuses. The position involves selling digital marketing solutions, including websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO. Responsibilities include cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, conducting needs assessments, growing a book of business, and performing virtual and in-person presentations. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships across various industries and offers a hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work). Hibu provides best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training, and ongoing company-wide support. Year 1 on-target earnings are around $87,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings range from $101,000-$119,000. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
  • Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
  • Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
  • Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
