About The Position
ProCraft Restoration Group is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives looking for a long term career, not a short term gig, in the Greensboro area. We are a fully licensed unlimited general contractor. If it involves a home, we do it. Restoration, remodeling, and construction all under one roof. ProCraft is built for sales professionals who want a long term career, consistent earning, and a clear training path that allows driven reps to ramp fast and win early when they put in the work. Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Live in or near the service area
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build a career
Responsibilities
- Perform home inspections
- Guide homeowners through restoration and renovation decisions
- Consult, problem solve, and present solutions that make sense
- Represent a company with a strong reputation and long term vision
- Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
