Refloor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. This role offers comprehensive training, tools, and support for individuals to succeed, even without prior flooring experience. You will learn from top sales leaders, develop skills in a dynamic environment, and convert your efforts into significant income. The position involves guiding homeowners through flooring solutions during in-home appointments, ensuring a five-star customer experience, and closing sales using company-provided warm leads. Continuous coaching and professional support are provided to build confidence.
