About The Position

Outside Sales Representative for Honey Bucket – A Division of Northwest Cascade, serving the Southwest Washington territory, specifically the Longview, WA area. Some office attendance is required. This outside sales role offers the opportunity to build your own territory, earn based on performance, and make a real impact in the field. You will develop new business, strengthen customer relationships, and grow revenue while working in an active, hands-on environment. This is an opportunity to build a career by focusing on face-to-face selling, problem-solving, and taking control of your success.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical
Able to lift 75+ lbs, climb in and out of a truck, and work outdoors in all weather
Comfortable with physical, dirty work and independent field work
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, GPS apps)
Must be able to speak and understand English well enough to follow traffic laws and communicate with the public

Nice To Haves

Spanish-speaking is a plus

Responsibilities

Build and grow your territory by prospecting and closing new accounts
Develop strong relationships with contractors, site managers, and project leaders
Increase revenue within existing accounts through upselling and service excellence
Provide hands-on support and ensure customer satisfaction
Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a results-driven mindset
