About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000-$100,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected to be between $105,000-$125,000. This is an opportunity to sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. You will be responsible for cold calling business owners, prospecting within a designated territory, setting appointments, and conducting needs assessments. The role involves growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management. You will also perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build strong client relationships across a variety of industries.

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
