About The Position

Mr. Greens is looking for a highly self-motivated and confident Outside Sales Representative to join our organization. This person will have the drive and commitment to excel in a fast-paced sales environment and provide outstanding customer service as needed. We rely on our Outside Sales Representatives to drive our growth exponentially. This position will be based out of Miami, Florida location.

Requirements

2 years of outside business-to-business sales experience in related industry
High school diploma required
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic pc skills, proficiency in excel, and MS Outlook
Must pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen & Background Check)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field

Responsibilities

Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
Focus sales efforts by studying the existing and potential volume of dealers
Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product use
Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
Submits activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Stay up to date on trends by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to the management team.
Attend and participate in sales and district meetings.
Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary, working with the credit department and client; collect all balances due based on approved credit terms.
Manage deliveries to the routing schedule published by the transportation department; troubleshoot any problems that occur during the order process (out-of-stock items, special order items, low inventory, etc.).
Review and analyze daily and weekly reports such as special order requests, customer bid files, and sales/gross profit margin data.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, maintaining sales records, processing credits, and pick-up requests, preparing sales quotes and menu suggestions, and filing reports.
