About The Position

Kinetic is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Residential Outside Sales Representatives. The role involves managing a local territory and directly engaging with residents to offer high-speed internet solutions. Kinetic provides tools and paid training, making it suitable for candidates from various backgrounds like retail, hospitality, or customer service, who possess strong people skills.

Requirements

Possess great people skills, enjoying building rapport and handling rejections positively.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a drive to exceed sales targets.
Maintain mobility, requiring a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains most of the day.
Have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Hold a high school diploma or GED.
Be able to maintain a distraction-free home workspace for virtual meetings (with 25 Mbps+ internet).
Be comfortable using mobile devices (iOS).
Have the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Identify resident needs and match them with Kinetic internet products through consultative selling.
Process orders, set up billing, and ensure a smooth activation for customers, providing end-to-end service.
Follow up with customers to generate referrals and attend local community events to expand your network and build your brand.
Utilize provided mobile tools (iPads/iPhones) and internal software to maximize sales and eliminate channel conflict.
