About The Position

Northlake Financial is growing and seeking a committed and collaborative Outside Sales Representative to join their innovative team. Northlake Financial is revolutionizing the Canadian automotive finance industry with a full spectrum of dynamic rates and services for dealers. They specialize in the acquisition and servicing of prime and subprime automotive financing contracts. The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Western Canada, requiring daily commute and travel within Winnipeg, MB. The role involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of Northlake's programs within current and future dealers in the designated area. Success is measured by the volume and quality of dealer agreements signed, application submissions, and approved and funded applications.

Requirements

  • Must be located within Manitoba or Saskatchewan.
  • 3-5 years of related sales experience.
  • Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset.
  • Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset.
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to travel within the specified territory on a regular basis.
  • Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal abilities.
  • Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Product Knowledge: Deeply understand Northlake Financial's products and proactively recommend solutions to help dealers achieve their financial goals.
