About The Position

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect with warm, pre-qualified leads who need estate planning services. This role involves meeting with families in their homes, building trust, identifying needs, and guiding them through simple estate planning solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from presentation to closing and follow-up, using our CRM. This is an opportunity to represent an essential product with minimal competition, in a protected territory, with a flexible schedule and no license required.

Requirements

At least 3 years of successful outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
A proven track record of closing — you hit targets and you know how to finish.
Comfortable using a CRM and basic technology to manage your pipeline.
Reliable personal transportation — daily in-home visits are the core of this role.
Must reside in the state where you are applying.

Nice To Haves

Backgrounds in final expense, home improvement, solar, financial services, or insurance translate directly.
