About The Position
HomeTeam Pest Defense helps homeowners protect their homes and families through industry-leading pest management solutions. We provide training, tools, and support for individuals starting their careers or seeking new opportunities. As a Sales Representative, you will build relationships with homeowners, educate them about our services, and present solutions to meet their needs. This role involves connecting with homeowners in an assigned territory, generating leads through outreach and marketing, and managing your territory independently while receiving team support.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- No prior sales experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Walking and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners in your assigned territory
- Generate leads through neighborhood outreach, phone calls, and local marketing efforts
- Educate customers about HomeTeam's pest control services and pricing
- Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
- Present solutions that meet homeowners' needs
- Accurately complete sales documentation and customer information
- Manage your territory and work independently while receiving support from an experienced team
