About The Position

Corkys Pest Control - An Anticimex, Inc. Company Outside Sales Representative What You'll Do: As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll sell our top-tier pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers. You’ll play a crucial role in your community, ensuring homes and families are safe and comfortable by understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions.

Requirements

Previous sales experience is required.
Understanding of pest control regulations and practices.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High School diploma or GED required.
Ability to meet productivity standards safely.
Regular and punctual attendance.
Clear communication to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Valid driver’s license and compliance with company driving standards.
Obtain Branch Level 2 or 3 certification, or secure the necessary license from the California Pest Board within 90 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

Present sales estimates and offers to potential customers.
Complete sales duties, including inspections and follow-ups.
Inspect homes for pests and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales team, and Technicians.
Work with the Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities.
Create proposals addressing pest issues and suggest additional services.
Follow up on past proposals to secure sales.
Seek and secure new commercial and B2B clients.
Develop strategic plans to target key markets and achieve sales goals.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Track and report sales activities and client interactions.
Educate clients on our products and services.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Travel locally within your territory.
