Local businesses like salons, restaurants, gyms, coffee shops, and local shops and services are being left behind because they cannot afford big marketing agencies or do not have the time to learn new tools. Omada.ai is changing the game by providing an AI platform that handles marketing for small businesses, allowing owners to focus on running their operations. We are hiring Field Sales Partners who are motivated, people-focused, and excited about AI's potential for small businesses. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a significant technology shift, with comprehensive training and competitive compensation.

Requirements

Hungry, self-motivated, and comfortable approaching businesses.
Genuinely excited about AI and its benefits for small businesses.
Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people quickly.
Must reside in the United States.
No prior sales experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Walk into local businesses, initiate conversations, and demonstrate how Omada's AI platform can manage their marketing.
Identify and target 10-50 businesses in a walkable area using Omada's Route Planner.
Engage business owners, ask clarifying questions, and showcase Omada's capabilities on a mobile device.
Offer a 14-day free trial to potential clients.
Convert trial users into paying customers and earn commissions.

Benefits

$20/hr + uncapped commission ($200 per close)
Average earnings of $40K–$50K, with top performers earning $100K
