About The Position

ProCraft is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives in the Raleigh area who want a long-term career home, not another short-term gig. We’re a fully licensed unlimited general contractor. If it involves a home, we do it: restoration, remodeling, and construction all under one roof. Because we’ve done the hard work on reputation and marketing, we now have more qualified homeowner appointments than our current team can run. We need professionals who can step in, run leads, and close. This role offers company-supplied, qualified appointments, tools to do the job from day one (iPad, software, inspection tools, branded gear, and in-house systems), structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and ongoing coaching. It is a W2 position with uncapped earning potential, paid on commission when the deal is closed. ProCraft’s proprietary payment model is designed to eliminate feast-or-famine cycles and create reliable paychecks while staying fully uncapped. Reps who stay and perform gain access to the ProCraft Wealth Bank after year three, where earnings stack and additional upside opens beyond standard commission. There are real promotion paths, with top performers growing into team lead and leadership roles. Meaningful rewards include quarterly competitions with real prizes. Requirements

• DRIVE
• 18 years or older
• Personal, reliable transportation
• Must be able to walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Live in or near the service area
• Strong communication skills and a desire to build a career

Responsibilities
