Requirements
- Competitive former athletes, military, or high-performers
- No roofing experience required- just strong character and consistency
- People who are great with face-to-face communication
- Self-managed, personally accountable, and coachable
- Clear goals and a desire to grow
Responsibilities
- Connect with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Walk them through our inspection and estimate process
- Guide them through insurance restoration projects
- Follow up, close deals, and manage your pipeline
- Advance into closing and team leadership roles as you grow
