Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with computers and online tools
Strong math skills
Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
Ability to lift 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

3+ years of account management or equipment sales experience
Bachelor's degree in business or agriculture
Willingness to learn - we will train highly motivated candidates

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships
Recommend agricultural equipment and solutions based on customer needs
Stay informed on John Deere products, competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, and financing options
Develop effective sales plans and outreach strategies
Conduct field equipment demonstrations and assist with operator training
Oversee equipment delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with management to support growth and maintain competitive positioning
Monitor agricultural trends to stay ahead of customer needs
