About The Position

Mainely Grass is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join their Outside Sales Team. This role offers paid training, hands-on field support, and dedicated management coaching. The role involves engaging with homeowners, educating them on lawn care services, setting appointments, closing new service agreements, and building customer trust. Requirements

• No experience required — we train the right people
• Sales, canvassing, customer service, or retail experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation to the office

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and identify their lawn care needs
• Educate customers on our lawn care services and value
• Set appointments and close new service agreements
• Create positive first impressions and build trust with customers
• Stay motivated and resilient while working in the field
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
