We are expanding in Chattanooga, TN, a market with significant multifamily housing opportunity. This is a true territory-building role designed for a driven sales professional who wants to build a book of business, grow recurring revenue, and directly control their income through performance. Requirements
- 2+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Chattanooga area.

- Experience in outside B2B sales, multifamily/property management, or building materials.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand a defined territory within the multifamily housing market.
- Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.
- Establish strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
- Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop customized flooring proposals.
- Present solutions, close new business, and grow recurring revenue.
- Maintain CRM tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client satisfaction.
Benefits
- 12-month ramp-up period with base salary + commission ($65,000-$75,000) to support you as you build your pipeline. After ramp, transition to a performance-driven 100% commission structure designed for high earners.
