About The Position
Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves engaging with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations to promote high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. The representative will own their territory, build relationships, and grow the customer base in assigned communities. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided, making prior sales experience unnecessary. The position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Bellevue, Clyde, Fostoria, Fremont, Gibsonburg, Green Springs, Huron, Monroeville, Norwalk, Sandusky, and surrounding areas. Territories may shift based on business needs.
Requirements
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
- Use of a personal vehicle is required.
- After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

- Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations
- Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
- Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
- Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards

- Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
