Requirements

  • Proven outside or in-home sales experience (insurance, final expense, home improvement, financial services, etc.)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable owning your schedule
  • Reliable transportation and comfort in a commission-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Meet with seniors and families who’ve already expressed interest in estate planning
  • Run a steady flow of company-generated warm appointments
  • Present solutions in a consultative, client-first way (no high-pressure tactics)
  • Build trust and guide families through meaningful legacy decisions
