About The Position

FASTSIGNS #69909 is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative team member to join our team at this leading sign company! This is a consultative, hunter-style sales role where you will be selling brand solutions, not just signs. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from aggressive lead generation and cold calling to project management and closing the deal. The territory is a "Gold Zone" for signage and visual communications, with target markets including Logistics & Warehousing, New Retail Development, and Commercial/Residential Growth.

Requirements

  • Proven sales results.
  • Documented success in cold calling, canvassing, and proactive lead generation.
  • At least 2+ years of outside sales experience with a focus on "share of wallet" growth.
  • Ability to hold high-level conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and managing a territory via CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pricing models, estimates, and sales contracts with precision.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a daily "drill down" strategy using face-to-face cold calling, telephone canvassing, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose client needs and recommend custom visual solutions that meet Brand Standards.
  • Develop an annual sales plan to consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
  • Oversee projects from initial estimate and artwork approval to final collection, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the face of FASTSIGNS at trade shows, chamber events, and referral groups.
