About The Position

We’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Restoration Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with clients, closing sales on insurance restoration projects, and promoting Omari’s trusted services throughout the community. Requirements

• Proven experience in sales (construction or related industry preferred)
• High energy, positive attitude, and a competitive drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
• Physically able to carry a ladder and walk on roofs
• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing for a minimum of two (2) years and have reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Close sales on high-value insurance restoration, have designated admin days
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
• Itels, repairs, and anything else needed for claim assistance
• Proactively generate new business through networking and referrals
• Promote Omari’s services across residential and commercial sectors
• Stay current on industry trends to provide top-tier client support
• Conduct inspections, carry a ladder, and can get around in your own vehicle
