Requirements

2+ years of commission-based sales experience with a proven track record.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the Austin area.

Nice To Haves

Experience in outside B2B sales, multifamily/property management, or building materials.

Responsibilities

Build and expand a defined territory within the multifamily housing market.
Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and industry events.
Establish strong relationships with property managers and key decision-makers.
Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop customized flooring proposals.
Present solutions, close new business, and grow recurring revenue.
Maintain CRM tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term client satisfaction.
