About The Position

Total Energy Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout South Louisiana and support customers across industrial, commercial, and energy markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson who thrives in the field and enjoys creating long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow customer relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing a sales territory and meeting sales goals
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory with occasional overnight travel

Nice To Haves

  • Oil & Gas, industrial, power generation, or related industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship building
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Prepare quotations and follow opportunities through closing
  • Build strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and Oil & Gas customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project execution
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings throughout the territory
