About The Position

This is a great opportunity to join a brand-new delivery program launching in the area. The position involves recruiting local businesses to become part of the delivery partner program. You will own your market!! And have the chance to collaborate with a Field Manager to engage prospective businesses, qualify them for the program, assist through the application process, and coordinate recruitment events. The role involves travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers a commission for each partner successfully converted.

Requirements

1-2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience in outside/field sales.
Proficiency in CRM systems; Salesforce is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Responsibilities

Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2-hour round trip driving distance).
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.
Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing activity and pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.
Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to enhance delivery experiences.
